For the third time in succession HCDP has been awarded the Healthier Options award.

Benefits & Welfare Rights Service

We are no longer accepting telephone appointments for the benefits and welfare rights service we offer so if you require help filling in a benefits form or similar then you must pop into the centre on a monday and ask at the front desk between 10:00-11:30am and 1:00-1:30pm.
