General Office and Reception

Duties include :

  1. Manning the reception desk and greeting Clients/Customers,
  2. Answering the telephone and taking messages
  3. Word Processing
  4. Filing

A pleasant and helpful manner is essential along with a willingness to work and support staff in their duties. Word processing skills would be helpful but are not essential since training will be given if required.
