Advisors are required to work in our very busy Advice team

Duties are:

1. Helping Clients fill in forms

2. Performing 'Benefit Checks' on behalf of our Clients.

3. Assist Clients with applications and appeals for benefits.

4. Providing information on benefits and disability issues.

You must be over 18

You will be given training in all aspects of our service and an awareness of disability & access issues.

Because of the highly confidential nature of our work in this area you will be obliged to complete a police CRB check and declare any previous convictions, even if they are expired.
